I noticed that most of the groups are missing from the documentation (Public Health Environmental Surveillance Open Data Model (PHES-ODM) Documentation - Sets) compared to the dictionary. The same happens for measurements

Hi there - thank you for catching this! This was because the documentation was being generated from an older version of the dictionary, so they had gotten out of sync. I did update the documentation a few weeks back now, though, so please let me know if you’ve found this to be resolved or not.
