Should not ISO2zone be the primary key and ISO2code foreign key?

I reviewed the ERD and I think you are absolutely right. Clearly a mistake on our end. Thank you you for catching that and bring it to our attention. It has now been fixed internally and this fix should be reflected in the public-facing package very soon.
