For each WWTPs we got from the wastewater agencies the maximal flow rate the WWTPs can accept and treat. We also have the minimal flow rate which is the flow rate which should be observed when there is no rain so the flow rate due only to the discharges by the population. These minimal flows are calculated via different parameters by the wastewater agencies.
Great question! Site characteristic data like this sounds like a site measure, so it would actually be stored in the measures table. There’s a field in the measures table - specimen - that specifies whether a measure is at the level of a sample, a site, or a population (for clinical data).
