# ODM version 2.0 Release Candidate 2

Welcome to a discussion about the ODM RC2. RC2 represents all the planned additions and changes to version 2 (and quite a bit more than we initially planned).

We are reviewing the RC2 in stages.

**Stage 1**  
Finalize all tables, headers, keys (primary and foreign), the entity relationship diagram and the SQL definition.

- We expect this stage is complete. However, we are still open to comments.

**Stage 2**  
Finalize all parts, sets, and their attributes. There are over 30 potential attributes for each part. These are recorded in the parts and sets tables.

- We do not anticipate adding new parts. We are picking up edit consistency suggestions.

**Stage 3**  
Complete documentation. Documentation has been written during the ODM development, but much of the documentation needs finalizing after the tables and dictionary is finished. Initial documentation will include a reference of all parts, Excel templates and how-to guides. Whether you are using the templates or not, we find they are a great way to understand and test the ODM.
